How large can you go?
We can take any image at 100 dpi and blow it up as large
as you would like.
The only limit we have is that our printer can only handle
rolls of canvas 60" wide. If we are stretching the canvas
for you, we need two inches on each side of the canvas, making
the largest size stretched canvas 56 " by as long as you need.
Our equipment is state of the art for enlarging images. We
use high quality Epson printers and Epson branded Ultra Chrome
inks, rated to last 100 years.
What is your turn around time?
Turn around time varies depending on work load but we try
to ship your art work out in approximately 1 week. Sale orders may take a few extra days. Your order will also be delayed if the files are not sized properly. We are closed most holidays so please allow a few extra days around major holidays. The only rush option we offer is a 100% rush fee and your order will be shipped in 2-3 days. Be sure to call us if you have chosen the rush option when ordering.
Do you offer volume discounts?
We believe our prices are the most competitive on the Internet.
Please contact us for more information on volume discounts
and other specials or sign up for our monthly newsletter.
When will discounts be applied and my card charged?
Your full discount might be applied after you submit your order. Sometimes we need to apply the discounts after you have submitted your order. Your card is charged once we start working on your file. Discounts are applied when your invoice is produced. Please check your invoice when you receive it and let us know if anything needs to be changed.
Will my image be pixelated?
Absolutely not! As long as we start with a clear image, we can make it as large as you like
without pixelation. If your file is crisp going in, it will be crisp coming out, as long as the dpi is correct. We need your file to be sized at actual size at 100dpi (a 16x20 will be sized at 20x24 for a gallery wrap).
What is gallery wrap?
Gallery wrap is the process of wrapping the printed canvas
around a custom made stretcher frame. The image is wrapped
around the frame for a clean, modern look. If there is not
enough picture to stretch, have no fear, we will digitally
stretch the image so that it wraps around the edges without
hurting the integrity of the image. All work is done with
an artist's critical eye. We will not print an image if we
don't think it is going to turn out perfect!
Can I get a print on canvas without a frame?
Not a problem. We can print out just the canvas and roll
it up to send to you. We do recommend having us stretch the
canvas on a frame. We are experts at it and if we ruin it...we
reprint it! All orders shipped internationally will be rolled
canvas. We do not ship stretched canvas prints internationally over 20x24.
What are my options for framing?
If we stretch the canvas for you and use the gallery wrap
process, you will not need an extra frame! That means you
save money on your art work. No more expensive custom frames
to buy. Just take it out of the box and hang it on your wall.
We can add hanging hardware for a small fee.
What is the process for printing?
We use Epson printers and genuine Epson Ultrachrome inks for all
of our prints. The inks will not fade for generations. It
is rated to last 100 years. We also apply a UV inhibitor spray to
seal the prints at no extra cost to you. The coating also allows for better stretching.
It gives the canvas an elastic quality that allows us to stretch
it around the frame and helps to prevent cracking.
What size file do you need?
We need you to size your images at actual size at 100dpi. Please use our templates located in the login area for proper sizing. However, don't worry because we open every file in Photoshop to check size and
dpi before printing. Your images will be safe with us!
What types of files can you use?
We would like you to use only jpegs when uploading your files. If you have a question about
a file type, feel free to contact us for more information. Please make sure your file is under 15mb before uploading.
Do you work with consumers?
At this time we only work through approved professional studios
and artists.
