Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship anywhere within the United States , including Alaska and Hawaii and International. Wherever you are, that is where we will ship! Note that we only ship rolled cavas prints to International locations, including Canada.

Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship via FED EX ground. If you need the order faster, just indicate on your order when you need it and we will try our best to accommodate you. Normal production time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Two day rush orders are available for an additional charge of 100%.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. Shipping charges are added to your order based on where we are sending your package. These prints can be very large but we try to ship your print in the most economical fashion. It may cost more to ship oversize items, heavy items, or large orders. We will contact you if we must charge an additional shipping amount.

Return Policy

We want you to be proud of your new purchase. Since each print is a custom, one of a kind job, we can only make you a new print if there is something wrong with the workmanship quality of your print.

We cannot refund your money unless we cannot fix the problem. We use top of the line printing equipment. We will tell you before we produce your print if there is going to be any issues with sharpness.

We have a 99% "happiness" factor with our customers and we are striving to make it 100%. Its that simple! We want you to be happy and we know you will be with our canvas.

Privacy Policy

At Simply Canvas, we recognize and respect our customers' privacy. The data we collect about our customers is used solely to better meet our customer's needs through more efficient order fulfillment and improved marketing efforts.
