EXTREME STUDIO MAKEOVER OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase necessary. 2. Extreme Studio Makeover is open to all DWF members who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Simply Canvas, their immediate family members, advertising agencies, affiliates and promotional partners are not eligible. 3. Enter by Sending an e-mail to Christine@simplycanvas.com. All e-mailed entries must be received by 12pm EST December 31, 2008. 4. All winners will be chosen on site at the DWF Convention 2009. One grand prize Extreme Studio Makeover will be awarded. Two runner up prizes will be awarded. Grand prize consists of one studio sample wall totaling $2,500. Each runner up prize consists of a $500 Gift Certificate to Simply Canvas in. No substitutions, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes by any winner. Prizes are subject to change. 5. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. If any winner is not present at time of drawing, they will be notified by email. Any winner not responding to initial e-mail notification within five business days will forfeit their winning status and an alternate winner will be randomly chosen. 6. General conditions: All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. Prizewinners may be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release (the "Affidavit/Release") which must be returned to and received by Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner's receipt of the Affidavit/Release. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for SimplyCanvas.com to use the winner's name, address (city and state), product ordered with contest winnings, and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, no known and hereafter devised, including without limitation online, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest and any person who does not comply with these official rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 7. Simply Canvas is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
